Our holiday posts are a bit out of order but I wanted to link you to one of our awesome New Year's parties. We had quite a few holiday parties and enjoyed every one of them. This party was one of our tastiest. Hopefully Megan won't mind my linking to their blog. I failed to take pictures of this fun lobster and prime rib evening.
I think I may yet become a New Englander. I have now developed the taste for seafood. Lobster on New Years and last night for Mike's birthday we had scallops and shrimp. Wow. Delicious.
(Don't get me wrong--I still love you Minnesota, and I still miss my family that lives there, and I still have a soft spot in my heart for the Twins and the Vikings.) But New England does have a lot to offer. In fact, it will be offering up plenty of snow over the next few days. Definitely something the two states have in common.
